温度后浇带是一种扩大伸缩间距和取消结构中永久伸缩缝的有效措施,但其设置间距通常在30m左右。本文对温度后浇带间距的计算方法进行了探讨,提出了以各龄期的允许拉应力为指标的计算方法,并结合上海地区实例,给出了比较符合工程实际的参数计算方法及取值。此计算方法考虑了混凝土徐变、龄期变化及钢筋约束等的影响,并加入了底板不同长宽尺寸的修正。从而从理论上证明了根据本地的施工条件结合一定的工程措施,将后浇带的设置间距适当扩大是可行的,这一点在实践上也得到了很好的证明。此计算方法、参数取值及结果对结合本地施工条件合理确定温度后浇带间距有一定的参考和实用价值。
Post-pouring temperature is an effective measure to expand the retractable pitch and cancel the permanent expansion joints in the structure, but the spacing is usually set at about 30m. In this paper, the calculation method of post-pouring zone temperature is discussed, and the calculation method based on the allowable tensile stress of each age is put forward. Based on the examples in Shanghai, the calculation methods and values of the parameters that accord with the engineering practice are given . The calculation method takes into account the influence of concrete creep, age variation and reinforcement constraints, and adds the correction of the different length and width dimensions of the floor. Thus, it is theoretically proved that it is feasible to properly expand the spacing of post-pouring tape according to the local construction conditions combined with certain engineering measures, which is also proved in practice. The calculation method, parameter values and results have some reference and practical value for the reasonable determination of the pouring zone spacing after the temperature is combined with the local construction conditions.
