为提高实测轧机弹性曲线精度,设计了一个低通数字滤波器。用压靠法测试连轧机精轧机组轧机弹性曲线,实测轧制力信号中包含轧辊偏心引起的波动成分。应用该滤波器可滤掉轧辊偏心造成的轧制力波动,提高了实测轧机弹性曲线的精度。
In order to improve the precision of mill curve, a low-pass digital filter was designed. The rolling curve of rolling mill rolling mill was tested by pressing method. The measured rolling force signal included the fluctuation component caused by roll eccentricity. The filter can be used to filter out the fluctuation of the rolling force caused by the roller eccentricity and improve the precision of the measured curve of the mill.
