高功率半导体激光器(LD)是广泛应用于固体激光泵浦、材料加工等方面的重要器件。数值模拟了一种自行设计的光栅输出镜结构的高功率半导体激光器的输出特性,分析了具有光栅输出镜的LD波长随温度的变化情况,以及光栅输出镜对输出功率的影响。
High-power semiconductor lasers (LDs) are important devices that are widely used in solid-state laser pumping, material processing, and more. The output characteristics of a high power semiconductor laser with a grating output mirror structure designed by ourselves are numerically simulated. The variation of LD wavelength with grating output mirror with temperature and the influence of grating output mirror on the output power are analyzed.
