护理专业学生在学校练习护理技能操作时,因操作环境单一、病人由学生扮演,操作过程往往比较顺利,而进入临床实习后,复杂的临床环境、多需求的病人让学生在短时间内难以适应,无法满足病人的需求。因此,在学校进行护理技能操作练习时对操作环境复杂化设置是有效解决问题的方法之一,能提高学生解决临床实际问题的能力。
