目的探索基本公共卫生服务与健康管理协调发展的模式。方法通过汉川市健康管理的试点,结合基本公共卫生服务,在体制、机制、模式、政策突破等工作上的运行,摸索路径,积累经验,提炼出两者和谐发展的工作方式和方法。结果政府支持,政策倾斜;服务能力提升,服务措施改善;基本公共卫生服务与健康管理相互补充,良性发展。结论基本公共卫生服务与健康管理共同促进、协调发展具有可持续性,但也要不断地在实践中积极思考,勇于创新。 Objective To explore the mode of coordinated development of basic public health services and health management. Methods Through the pilot project of health management in Hanchuan City and the basic public health services, we explored the path, accumulated experience and refined the working methods and methods of harmonious development between the two in accordance with the operation of the system, mechanism, mode and policy breakthrough. Results Government support and policy tilt; improvement of service capacity and improvement of service measures; basic public health services and health management complement each other and develop soundly. Conclusions The basic public health service and health management should be jointly promoted and coordinated and developed sustainably. However, we must also constantly think and innovate in practice.
