“先锋”号电动车组原设计采用空心车轴,但由于国内空心车轴制造工艺尚不成熟,在服役中存在备用轮对供应困难的问题。本文在对比计算“先锋”号电动车组空心车轴和实心车轴的结构强度、车辆动力学性能影响的基础上,提出了采用LZ50钢实心车轴替代35CrMo空心车轴的解决方案,并在装车运行中得到了验证。
