天麻素注射液具有镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、镇痛等作用,在临床有着广泛的应用。笔者在临床工作中发现1例静脉滴注天麻素注射液致寒颤反应的患者,现将护理体会报告如下。1病例资料患者,女,51岁。因颅脑外伤术后并颅骨缺损3月余于2015年8月4日收住院。既往无药物、食物过敏史。查体:T36.5℃,P 82次/分,R 20次/分,BP 126/80 mmH g。结合3月 Gastrodin Injection with sedation, hypnosis, anticonvulsant, analgesic effect, has a wide range of clinical applications.
