本系统利用计算机的数据库语言 F O X B A S E 对新疆北疆宜棉区、次宜棉区、风险棉区进行了气候资源分析,并应用联合国粮农组织( F A O) 的光温潜力、光温水潜力的农业生态区域分析法进行了其生产潜力潜势的研究,可为宏观指导棉花种植提供科学依据。系统设计和编制了气候资料录入、信息查询、潜力估算、打印输出、管理咨询、系统维护六大模块,可进行查询、录入、修改及对该区进行积温、日照等气候资料的统计计算,并进行资源评价、分析。
