随着政府专职消防队逐渐成长为我国消防力量的重要补充体系,因其经费保障机制不健全引发了许多队伍不稳定、战斗力水平不高等问题。本文通过调研政府专职消防队经费保障现状,分析问题所在,从加强保障经费来源、设立人员岗位编制、合理制定工资标准及建立高危补助制度、强化内控监督五个方面提出建立政府消防队经费保障机制的建议。
