在人力资源信息系统实施过程中,经常有企业投入大量人力、物力,结果却不尽如人意。本文从目标期望、数据管理、资源保障、营造氛围、成果肯定、投资比例及风险控制等方面提出具体实施过程中应重点注意的问题及相关方法。
In the implementation of human resources information system, enterprises often invest a lot of manpower and material resources, the result is not satisfactory. This article puts forward the problems and related methods that should be paid attention to in the process of concrete implementation from the aspects of target expectation, data management, resource guarantee, creating atmosphere, affirmative achievement, investment proportion and risk control.
