对于四角切圆炉内流场的模拟 ,采用常规的网格系统和差分格式通常会产生较严重的伪扩散 ,对计算结果影响较大。针对这个问题 ,已经提出了许多方法 ,但每一种方法均有其局限性。为此采用Huh提出的修正施主格式 ,即在实际物理扩散系数中扣除交叉扩散系数的方法来消除伪扩散 ,并以此对某四角切圆煤粉锅炉内的三维流动进行了数值模拟 ,得到了完全合理的结果。
For the simulation of the flow field in the tangential furnace, the conventional grid system and differential scheme usually produce more serious pseudo-diffusion, which has a great influence on the calculation results. A number of approaches have been proposed to address this issue, but each has its own limitations. For this reason, the modified donor scheme proposed by Huh, that is, the method of deducing the cross diffusion coefficient in the actual physical diffusion coefficient, is used to eliminate the pseudo-diffusion and to simulate the three-dimensional flow in a square tangential pulverized coal boiler. Completely reasonable result.
