缝隙连接通道是细胞间通讯的基础,在心血管系统代谢物质交换、维持心脏正常节律、调节血管紧张度以及肌内皮细胞的相互作用中有重要的作用,近来,缝隙连接通道及连接蛋白在心律失常发生及发展中的作用受到越来越多地关注。而对缝隙连接通道影响因素的研究有助于阐明其生理和病理学作用,并有望发现新的治疗途径及治疗药物,因此缝隙连接通道的药物干预正在成为心血管系统研究的又一热点。本文就缝隙连接通道的影响因素的研究进展做一综述。
Gap junctions are the basis of cell-cell communication and play an important role in the exchange of metabolites in the cardiovascular system, maintaining normal rhythm of the heart, regulating vascular tone and the interaction of muscle endothelial cells. Recently, the gap junctions and connexins play an important role in arrhythmia The role of occurrence and development is receiving more and more attention. However, the study on the influencing factors of gap junctional pathway will help elucidate its physiological and pathological effects and hopefully find new therapeutic approaches and therapeutic agents. Therefore, drug intervention in gap junctional channels is becoming another hot topic in cardiovascular system research. In this paper, the research progress on the influencing factors of slotted channel is reviewed.
