目的 探讨CO2 激光治疗女性生殖器尖锐湿疣的效果。方法 对 1993- 11～ 2 0 0 1- 0 9患尖锐湿疣110例应用K -型CO2 激光治疗机治疗 ,输出功率 2 0W ,波长为 10 6 μm ,治疗量 12mA ,2～ 3s/次 ,5～ 7d为 1疗程。结果 1次性治愈 98例 ,2次治愈 5例 ,总治愈率为 93 6 %。结论 CO2 激光局部治疗女性尖锐湿疣疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of CO2 laser on female genital warts. Methods One hundred and ten patients with condyloma acuminatum who were suffering from condyloma acuminatum in 1993 - 2001 ~ 2001 were treated with K - type CO2 laser. The output power was 20 W, the wavelength was 10 6 μm, the therapeutic dose was 12 mA, and the time was 2 ~ 3 s / time. ~ 7d for a course of treatment.
