科学的发展对生活质量的要求越来越高,在和平年代时刻不能放松我们身边的防御系数,我们必须从历史中吸取的教训时刻绷紧居安思危这根弦。随着全球科技大爆炸,未来战争讲很少有登陆作战,导弹及核武器将会整个战争的终结点,所以人防工程的建设必不可少。毛主席的“深挖洞,广积粮”就是我国现代化人防工程建设的雏形指导方针。
The development of science requires ever-increasing demands on the quality of life. At the time of peace, we can not relax the defensive factors around us. We must tighten our train of thought in peace from the lessons learned in history. With the global scientific and technological big bang, the future wars will rarely land the war and the missiles and nuclear weapons will end the war. Therefore, the building of civil air defense projects is indispensable. Chairman Mao’s “deep digging hole, wide grain rationale” is the rudimentary guideline for our country’s modern civil air defense construction.
