姜黄药性之考辨

姜黄为较常用药,乃姜科植物姜黄Curcum-alonga L.或郁金C.aromatica Salisb、温郁金C.wenyujinchenet Ling 的干燥根茎。温郁金根茎纵切片又称片姜黄。本品药性属寒属热,历代本草记载不一,或言其寒,或言其温,而1982年版《中药志》、1983年版高等医学院校统编教材《中药学》、1985年版《药典》及近年来的其他中药书籍多认定姜黄性“温”,然溯源姜黄及郁金的本草文献,可证姜黄当为“苦寒”之品。 Turmeric is a more commonly used herb, and it is a dried rhizome of Curcuma aurantia L. or C. aromatica Salisb, and C. wenyujinchenet Ling.
