目的观察新的二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂MN9202对实验性小鼠脑缺血的防护作用。方法采用小鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎及断头法引起脑缺血。观察10μg/kg、100μg/kg、I000μg/kg不同剂量MN9202及1000μg/kg尼莫地平 (Nimodipine)对小鼠存活时间、喘息时间以及脑组织Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 和水的含量变化。结果MN9202和尼莫地平均可明显延长颈总动脉结扎引起的脑缺血小鼠存活的时间 ,增加断头小鼠的喘息时间。MN9202可降低部分结扎颈总动脉小鼠脑水肿程度 ,减少缺血脑组织内Ca2 +含量并防止Mg2 +含量丧失。结论MN9202对小鼠脑缺血具有防护作用
Objective To observe the protective effect of a novel dihydropyridine calcium antagonist MN9202 on experimental cerebral ischemia in mice. Methods The bilateral common carotid arteries were ligated and the decapitation method was used to induce cerebral ischemia. The changes of survival time, wheezing time and contents of Ca2 +, Mg2 + and water in mice were observed after treated with 10μg / kg, 100μg / kg, 1000μg / kg MN9202 and 1000μg / kg Nimodipine. Results Both MN9202 and nimodipine significantly prolonged the survival time of mice with cerebral ischemia induced by carotid artery ligation and prolonged wheezing of decapitated mice. MN9202 can reduce part of the brain carotid artery ligation, reduce the level of Ca2 + in ischemic brain tissue and prevent the loss of Mg2 + content. Conclusion MN9202 has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia in mice
