英国开放大学课程学习的启示与思考--《学术英语》课程的学习体验

本文以英国开放大学《学术英语》课程的学习过程为研究对象,以学习者的视角对课程设计、学习资源、支持服务等方面进行研究和分析,以此来探究英国开放大学是如何通过为学生提供优质的课程和全方位的支持服务,促进有效学习的发生,最终帮助学生完成课程学习。研究发现,实现有效学习发生的主要因素有三个:基于活动的课程设计、基于资源的自学、无缝连接的支持服务。 In this paper, the study process of “English for Academic Purposes” of the Open University of U.K. is taken as the research object, and the research and analysis of curriculum design, learning resources and support services are conducted from the perspective of learners to explore how the Open University of the United Kingdom Provide quality courses and comprehensive support services to promote effective learning, and ultimately help students complete the course. The study found that there are three main factors to achieve effective learning: activity-based curriculum design, resource-based self-learning, seamless connectivity support services.
