病例报告患者 ,男性 ,４８岁。从事提炼黄金工作。一天前吸入浓盐酸、浓硝酸混合气体后即感到胸闷、气促、呼吸困难 ,并有发作性强烈咳嗽、咳痰 ,咳出大量浅黄色水样痰 ,有时夹有鲜红血丝。入院检查 :体温３７．９℃ ,心率１００次／分 ,呼吸３０次／分 ,血压１２０／６０ｍｍ Case report patient, male, 48 years old.
