以自行设计的实验平台为基础,通过获得的不同频率电磁场作用下实验管的污垢热阻及水质参数,建立了电磁场作用下循环水污垢热阻的新陈代谢不等时距加权预测模型和拓灰色预测模型。利用实验数据分析了2种模型的预测精度,拓灰色预测模型较不等时距加权预测模型预测精度更高,计及实验不确定度,预测结果表明2种模型的预测精度均在92%以上,能较精确预测污垢热阻的变化趋势,适应水质参数及环境的变化,为建立多水质参数的数学模型及探索电磁抑垢机制提供参考。
Based on the experiment platform designed by ourselves, the metabolic interval inequality weighted model and the gray prediction of metabolism of circulating water fouling resistance under the action of electromagnetic field were established based on the fouling resistance and water quality parameters of experimental tubes under different electromagnetic fields. model.
