CD28是T细胞激活中重要的共刺激分子。为了解B7-CD28共刺激途径在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中的作用,我们对30例活动期SLE患者外周血T细胞CD28的表达进行了检测,并分析了其激活后凋亡(activation-induced cell death,AICD)情况。结果表明,SLE组的CD28+T细胞低于正常对照组,在抗CD3单抗刺激后CD28+细胞凋亡率增加。这提示SLE中B7-CD28共刺激途径介导的 AICD可能导致 SLE中的T细胞淋巴细胞贫血症。
CD28 is an important costimulatory molecule in T cell activation. To investigate the role of the B7-CD28 costimulatory pathway in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), we detected the expression of CD28 on peripheral blood T cells in 30 active SLE patients and analyzed its activation- induced cell death, AICD). The results showed that CD28 + T cells in SLE group were lower than those in normal control group, and the apoptosis rate of CD28 + cells increased after anti-CD3 mAb stimulation. This suggests that AICD mediated by the B7-CD28 costimulatory pathway in SLE may result in T-cell lymphocytic anemia in SLE.
