从商品主导逻辑到服务主导逻辑的转换,是服务经济时代的核心理念。文章旨在对国内外关于服务主导逻辑的文献研究现状进行分析,从服务主导逻辑概念、内涵,与商品主导逻辑的比较分析,价值共创相关研究以及基于服务主导逻辑的应用研究等方面进行展开,最后指出服务主导逻辑现有研究存在的问题及未来可能的方向。
The transition from commodity-led logic to service-led logic is the core philosophy of service economy. This article aims to analyze the current literature on service-oriented logic at home and abroad, starting with the concept and connotation of service-oriented logic, the comparative analysis with the dominant logic of goods, the study of value co-creation and the application research based on service-oriented logic Finally, it points out the existing problems in service-oriented logic and possible future directions.
