介绍了导波在无限长钢管中传播的频散现象和多模式特点,研制了用于磁致伸缩导波检测的实验系统。通过正确的电磁屏蔽措施和合适的信号处理方法,改善了系统的信噪比,在钢管上进行了低阶纵向模态波传播实验,观察和分析了频散现象。用实验结果验证了理论计算。
The frequency dispersion phenomenon and multi-mode characteristic of guided wave propagating in infinite length steel pipe are introduced. The experimental system for the detection of magnetostrictive guided wave is developed. Through the correct electromagnetic shielding measures and appropriate signal processing methods, the signal to noise ratio of the system is improved. The low-order longitudinal modal wave propagation experiment is conducted on the steel pipe, and the dispersion phenomenon is observed and analyzed. The experimental results verify the theoretical calculation.
