2013年11月,党的十八届三中全会召开,对进一步深化教育领域综合改革提出了全面要求;2013年12月,第二届全国教研系统负责人联席工作会议在上海召开,为贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会精神,会议研讨了在深化教育领域综合改革的新形势下,教研部门如何深化基础教育课程改革,落实立德树人的根本任务。会上,教育部副部长刘利民同志委托教育部基础教育二司司长郑富芝同志作了书面讲话,与会代表围绕刘利民同志的讲话,就深化本地区基础教育课程改革、大力推进课堂教学变革、促进教师专业发展等方面进行了交流与讨论。为此,我们就这次大会的议题,采访了教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心主任田慧生同志。同时,针对上海教研工作转型的经验,还采访了上海市教育委员会巡视员尹后庆同志和上海市教育委员会教学研究室主任徐淀芳同志。 In November 2013, the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee held its general requirements on further deepening the comprehensive reform in education.
