近年来,对演员青黄不接现象谈论较多,而对评论工作的青黄不接却较为漠视。翻开一些戏剧期刊来看,作者往往是那么几位“名家”;文章翻过来调过去还是那么几个观点,几句套话、老话,很少有新的立意和创见。即使所说的话百分之百正确,至少也使人产生“至今已觉不新鲜之感”。我这样说丝毫没有对老一辈戏剧评论家轻蔑贬低之意,而是感到,我们对戏剧界新形势、新问题的研究探索不够,理论有些老化。戏剧理论评论队伍,应该说多少也存在着老化现象。从发展戏剧事业的需要看,这都是亟待解决的
