通过文献分析及实证研究方法,探讨了不同历史阶段,欧洲、美国,以及亚洲新兴体育城市形成与发展的动力机制及核心特征,认为欧洲体育城市属于工业化及后工业化自生型体育城市,美国体育城市的形成来自于工业化及城市营销的需要,亚洲新兴体育城市更多地承担民族国家营销的重任,多属于政府推动型。
Through literature analysis and empirical research, this paper discusses the motivation mechanism and core characteristics of the formation and development of emerging sports cities in different historical stages, Europe, the United States and Asia. It considers that the European sports cities belong to industrialized and post-industrialized sports cities, Formed from the needs of industrialization and urban marketing. The newly emerging sports cities in Asia bear the heavy responsibility of nation-state marketing and are mostly government-driven.
