目的:建立涵水胶囊中槲皮素高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:WatersSymmetry-ShieldTMRP18分析柱,柱温40℃,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50),检测波长370nm,流速1.0m·lmin-1。结果:槲皮素在0.0108~0.0540μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),回收率99.9%,RSD=2.3%。结论:本方法简便、灵敏准确、重现性好,可用于控制涵水胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in Hanshui capsules. Method: Waters Symmetry-ShieldTM RP18 analytical column, column temperature 40 °C, mobile phase methanol - 0.2% phosphoric acid solution (50:50), detection wavelength 370nm, flow rate 1.0m · lmin-1. Results: Quercetin had good linearity in the range of 0.0108-0.0540 μg (r=1.0000). The recovery rate was 99.9% and RSD was 2.3%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Hanshui capsules.
