本文分析了城镇近郊农村存在的“村官”腐败现象以及腐败产生的根源,指出这个问题已不仅直接侵害了村民的切身利益,而且破坏了党的政策和国家法律法规在农村的正确实施,由此激发的干群矛盾和群众集体上访事件,已成为影响城镇近郊农村社会和谐稳定的重要隐患,必须引起各级党委和地方政府的高度重视。 This paper analyzes the “village officials” corruption existing in the suburbs of cities and towns and the root causes of corruption. It points out that this issue has not only directly infringed the vital interests of the villagers, but also undermines the correct implementation of the party’s policies and national laws and regulations in the rural areas. The contradictions between the cadres and the masses and the mass petitions of the masses thus triggered have become important hidden dangers that affect the harmony and stability of rural communities in the suburbs of cities and towns and must be given high priority by Party committees and local governments at all levels.
