战后,为缓和日益激烈的日美贸易摩擦,日本采取了众多措施。其中,对外投资是日本规避贸易摩擦的一种重要方式。日本各产业呈梯度、分层次地向海外转移带有明显的规避贸易摩擦的印迹。本文就日本利用对外投资规避贸易摩擦的绩效展开分析,并提出一些值得我国借鉴的经验与教训。
After the war, Japan has taken numerous measures to ease the increasingly fierce trade friction between Japan and the United States. Among them, foreign investment is Japan’s an important way to avoid trade friction. Japan’s industries are graded and shifted overseas in different levels with marked signs of avoiding trade frictions. This article analyzes Japan’s performance of using foreign investment to avoid trade frictions and puts forward some experiences and lessons that China should learn from.
