目的:观察加味瓜蒌散对门脉高压大鼠门静脉压力及胃肠激素的影响。方法:采用CCl_4加乙醇饮料制作大鼠门脉高压模型,用Medlab-Ug4Cs生物信号采集处理系统检测各组门静脉压力、放免法检测各组胃肠激素。结果:模型组门静脉压力较正常组明显升高(P<0.01),加味瓜蒌散各剂量治疗组、心得安治疗组门脉压力较模型组明显下降(P<0.01),加味瓜蒌散各剂量治疗组门脉压力与心得安治疗组门脉压力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。心得安组胃动素含量与模型组比较无明显改善(P>0.05),胃泌素、胰高血糖素明显下降(P<0.05)。加味瓜蒌散各剂量治疗组胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量与模型组比较明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),与心得安治疗组比较下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:加味瓜蒌散能有效降低门静脉压力、降低胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量,疗效优于心得安。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Guazhu San on portal pressure and gastrointestinal hormone in portal hypertensive rats. Methods: The rat model of portal hypertension was established by adding CCl 4 and alcoholic beverages. The portal vein pressure of each group was detected by Medlab-Ug4Cs biological signal acquisition and processing system. Gastrointestinal hormone was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: The portal vein pressure of the model group was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P <0.01). The portal pressure of the treated group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in portal pressure between dose-treated group and propofol-treated group (P> 0.05). There was no significant improvement in motilin group compared with model group (P> 0.05), and gastrin and glucagon decreased significantly (P <0.05). The contents of gastrin, motilin and glucagon in the treated group were significantly decreased compared with the model group (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and decreased significantly compared with those in the Xindean treatment group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Modified melon powder can effectively reduce the portal vein pressure, reduce gastrin, motilin, glucagon content, the effect is superior to propranolol.
