研究了热挤压的Mg-4Al-2Sn-0.5Y-0.4Nd变形镁合金组织与力学性能。结果表明,该合金能在挤压温度300℃和挤压速度20 m/min下挤压成形,并得到完全的动态再结晶组织。组织中的Al_2RE相在挤压过程中破碎并沿着挤压方向成流线分布,Al_2RE颗粒有利于促进动态再结晶的发生。挤压棒材存在(0002)〈1010〉纤维织构,其屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到185、270MPa和20%。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-extruded Mg-4Al-2Sn-0.5Y-0.4Nd modified magnesium alloy were studied. The results show that the alloy can be extruded at a pressing temperature of 300 ℃ and a pressing speed of 20 m / min, and a completely dynamic recrystallization structure can be obtained. The Al 2 RE phase in the structure was broken during the extrusion process and flowed along the extrusion direction. Al 2 RE particles were helpful to promote the dynamic recrystallization. Extruded bars were (0002) <1010> textured and their yield strength, tensile strength and elongation reached 185,270 MPa and 20%, respectively.
