近年来,创业研究已经拓展了创业的概念,即从狭义的理解(创立新企业)引申到包括那些使现存组织更具价值创造能力的活动,创业者的概念也随之扩展到企业内部所有具有创造力的人。因此,在创业研究中应该关注创业者的主观创造力。除了人力资源之外,成功的创业活动也需要其他资源。提出一个主观创业理论视角下的创业模型,同时考虑创业活动中所需要的创业者的主观性和资源两个要素,突出创业判断在创业活动中的作用。
In recent years, entrepreneurial research has broadened the concept of entrepreneurship, extending it from a narrow understanding (creating new businesses) to including activities that make existing organizations more valuable and empowering. The concept of entrepreneurs has also been extended to include all Creative people. Therefore, entrepreneurial research should focus on entrepreneurs’ subjective creativity. In addition to human resources, successful entrepreneurship requires additional resources. This paper proposes a model of entrepreneurship from the perspective of subjective entrepreneurial theory. At the same time, it considers the subjectivity and resource of entrepreneur needed in entrepreneurial activity, and highlights the role of entrepreneurial judgment in entrepreneurial activity.
