目的探讨催产素不同给药方法对剖宫产患者血流动力学的影响。方法以2009年1月至2011年1月期间本院收治的择期进行剖宫产的160例产妇为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予5IU缩宫素加入生理盐水5ml中60s内单次静脉推注给药,观察组给予5IU缩宫素加入生理盐水5ml中静脉匀速输注给药,输注时间大于5min,观察两组产妇的心电图、血氧饱和度及平均动脉压的变化。两组产妇均给予脊髓麻醉穿刺,使用罗哌卡因进行麻醉,监测术中平均动脉压和心率的变化。结果观察组在整个观察期间中心动脉压呈缓慢匀速下降,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论缩宫素可影响剖宫产产妇的血流动力学稳定性,对于心血管不稳定的产妇更应该注意,通过静脉输注给药并延长给药时间有利于保持血流动脉血的稳定性,提高给药的安全性,提高手术的成功率。
Objective To investigate the effects of different oxytocin administration methods on hemodynamics in patients with cesarean section.
