怀挡与清代宫廷饮食文化

怀挡是清代宫廷贵族用餐时的餐巾,是清宫日常生活实用品。本文从故宫藏怀挡实物入手,研究怀挡的溯源、功用、形制和深层文化内涵,研究发现,(1)怀挡并不是突兀地在清朝出现的,周已有,唐宋持续使用,在民间被称作“巾”、“饭单”或“食单”。(2)怀挡严格地遵循服饰等级制度。(3)怀挡的使用体现了汉族饮食文化精致儒雅。清宫庭怀挡的使用体现了满清贵族对汉族饮食文化的接受与容纳。 Huai Qiang is the court during the Qing Dynasty nobility dining napkin, is the Qing daily life supplies. This paper starts from the physical possession of the Forbidden City and studies the traceability, function, form and deep cultural connotation of the block.
