一种HRY-1型系列电热油器近日在哈尔滨工程大学研制成功。该产品主要用于油井的井口加热,以保证原油具有必要的流动性,也可在原油储罐出口及输油管道中继加热等场合使用。与目前普遍采用的电加热器相比,可节能30%以上。这一系统主要包括电控箱与加热炉本体两部分,可适应不同流量的油井,适应野外作业条件,采用温度上限及压力上限保护,可以在温度(或压力)超过正常值时自动切断电源,而在恢复正常值后自动接通加热电源。系统采取加热与采油同步的工作方式,停泵连锁接点可避免因误操作而造成设备损坏。
