目的:对活络油中的化学成分进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析。方法:采用HP-5ms UI石英毛细管柱,程序升温,以EI离子源和四级杆质量分析器对试样进行分析,质谱图采用NIST 2008谱库检索,结合人工谱图分析,鉴定主要化学成分,并用归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:试样分离出33个色谱峰,共鉴定了其中30个化合物,占总峰面积的99%以上,活络油主要成分为α-蒎烯(8.41%)、桉油精(5.59%)、右旋樟脑(11.7%)、右旋薄荷脑(31.31%)、水杨酸甲酯(25.69%)、茴香脑(2.83%)、丁香酚(4.24%)等。结论:活络油化学成分主要为萜类化合物、芳香族化合物和脂肪族化合物等。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of active oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: HP-5ms UI quartz capillary column was used, and the temperature was programmed. The samples were analyzed by EI ion source and quadrupole mass spectrometer. NIST 2008 spectra library was used for mass spectrometry. Artificial spectrum analysis was used to identify the main chemical components , And normalized method to determine the relative content. Results: A total of 33 chromatographic peaks were isolated. Thirty compounds were identified, accounting for more than 99% of the total peak area. The main components of active oil were α-pinene (8.41%), eucalyptol (5.59%), (11.7%), dextromethorphan (31.31%), methyl salicylate (25.69%), anethole (2.83%), eugenol (4.24%) and so on. Conclusion: The main chemical components of active oil are terpenoids, aromatic compounds and aliphatic compounds.
