The planning design deliberately embodies the artistic conception portrayed by Zhang Ji’s poem; according to the analysis of the status quo, it proposes a multi-level environmental protection control requirement; the plan focuses on solving the problems of insufficient capacity, traffic congestion, and environmental pollution. The area has begun to receive visitors and has achieved remarkable results.
