本观察共分4组:甲组104例,首服阿苯达唑300mg和复方甲苯咪唑1片(含甲苯咪唑100mg、左旋咪唑25mg),第2、3次各服复方甲苯咪唑1片,1.5d服完;乙组117例,每次服阿苯达唑100mg和复方甲苯咪唑1片,1.5d共服3次;丙组61例,阿苯达唑600mg顿服或1.5d分3次服,每次200mg;及丁组87例,1.5d服3次,每次服复方甲苯咪唑2片。4个组治后半月复查,蛔虫卵、钩虫卵、鞭虫卵的阴转率分别为:甲组100％(36/36)、95.0％(76/80)、65.7％(44/67);乙组100％(42/42)、100％(75/75),66.7％(54/81);丙组100％(19/19)、82.1％(32/29)、52.8％(19/36);丁组96.3％(26/27)、73.8％(45/61)、62.3％(33/53)。蛔虫卵和钩虫卵减少率均在95％以上甚至100％,鞭虫卵减少率也可达80.1～93.9％。4个组的服药后副反应均甚轻微,以头昏和胃部不适多见,副反应率分别为11.8％、5.4％、0％及4.7％。结果提示两药小剂量伍用较单药常用量为优,且以驱治蛔虫和钩虫的效果更为满意。 The observation is divided into 4 groups: A group of 104 cases, the first serving of albendazole 300mg and compound mebendazole 1 (containing mebendazole 100mg, levamisole 25mg), the second and third times each serving of compound mebendazole 1, 1.5 d finished service; Group B 117 cases, each serving albendazole 100mg and compound mebendazole 1, 1.5d for 3 times; group C 61 cases, albendazole 600mg Dayton clothing or 1.5d points 3 times service , Each 200mg; and 87 cases of small group, 1.5d serving 3 times, each serving of mebendazole 2 tablets. The negative conversion rates of Ascaris eggs, Hookworm eggs and Whip larvae were 100% (36/36), 95.0% (76/80), 65.7% (44/67) in group A, ; Group B 100% (42/42), 100% (75/75), 66.7% (54/81); Group C 100% (19/19), 82.1% (32/29), 52.8% 36), 96.3% (26/27), 73.8% (45/61) and 62.3% (33/53) in group D. Roundworm eggs and hookworm eggs reduce the rate of more than 95% or even 100%, whiplash egg reduction rate of up to 80.1 ~ 93.9%. The side effects of the four groups were mild, dizziness and stomach discomfort were more common, the side effects were 11.8%, 5.4%, 0% and 4.7%. The results suggest that the low dose of two drugs is better than the single dose of monotherapy, and to drive roundworm and hookworm more satisfactory results.
