本文对暗纹东方的 1龄鱼 (体重 4 0~ 80g) ,2龄鱼 (体重 2 0 0~ 30 0g)的粗蛋白及氨基酸进行了分析。结果表明 :1龄鱼的粗蛋白含量比 2龄鱼高 8 15% (占干物质 )。 1龄鱼的氨基酸总量比2龄鱼高 3 53%。测定的 18种氨基酸中 ,1、2龄鱼均以谷氨酸的含量为最高 ,分别为氨基酸总量的15 0 8%和 15 0 5%。非常接近。在必需氨基酸中 ,除了 2龄鱼的赖氨酸、精氨酸的含量明显高于 1龄鱼外 ,其余氨基酸的组成和比例没有明显的差异 ,且必需氨基酸占总的氨基酸的比例 (即EAA/TAA)也很接近 ,分别为 4 3 17%和 4 3 6 3%。本文同时对配制的暗纹东方配合饲料的粗蛋白与氨基酸的含量进行分析并与鱼体的含量进行了比较 ,为进一步研制、开发暗纹东方饲料提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the crude protein and amino acids of the first-instar fish (weight 40 ~ 80g) and the second-instar fish (weight 200 ~ 30 0g) were analyzed. The results showed that the crude protein content of 1-year-old fish was 8 15% higher than that of 2-year-old fish (accounting for dry matter). The total amount of amino acids in the first instar fish was 353% higher than that of the second-instar fish. Among the 18 kinds of amino acids, the contents of glutamic acid and glutamine in the first and second instar fish were the highest, which were respectively 15 0 8% and 15 0 5% of the total amino acids. very close. Among the essential amino acids, there was no significant difference in the composition and proportion of the remaining amino acids except the lysine and arginine of the second-instar fish, and the ratio of the essential amino acids to the total amino acids (namely EAA / TAA) are also very close, respectively 43.17% and 43.3%. In the meantime, the content of crude protein and amino acid in the compound feed of Takifugu obscurus was also analyzed and compared with the content of fish in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and exploitation of the feed of Takifugu obscurus.
