文章采用1997—2009年中国30个省(市、自治区)市场化程度和民营企业创业情况的相关数据,在将各地区按照创业的活跃程度划分为三大区域的基础上,应用面板数据协整模型,研究了市场化程度对民营企业创业活动的影响效应,旨在从市场化程度的视角揭示中国民营企业创业活动的区域性差异特征。实证分析结果表明,市场化程度对民营企业的创业活动具有显著的正向影响并表现出明显的区域差异,创业活跃程度越高的地区市场化程度对民营企业创业活动的影响程度也越大,说明市场化程度是造成中国各地区民营企业创业差异的一个重要因素。
Based on the data of marketization degree of 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 1997 to 2009 and the entrepreneurial status of private enterprises, based on the fact that each region is divided into three major regions according to their activity level, the panel data co-ordination Model to study the effect of marketization on the entrepreneurial activities of private-owned enterprises, aiming at revealing the regional differences in the entrepreneurial activities of Chinese private-owned enterprises from the perspective of marketization. The results of empirical analysis show that the degree of marketization has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial activities of private enterprises and shows obvious regional differences. The degree of marketization in regions where entrepreneurial activity is more active also has a greater impact on the entrepreneurial activities of private enterprises, This shows that the degree of marketization is an important factor that causes the differences in entrepreneurship among private enterprises in various regions in China.
