随着现代企业制度的不断发展完善,非制度性培训已经成为企业制度性培训的重要补充,更是现代企业培训制度的创新。本文就非制度性培训与制度性培训的区别以及非制度性培训采用的形式和主要内容作以概括性地阐述,提高培训工作管理者对非制度性培训的认识。
With the constant development and perfection of the modern enterprise system, non-institutional training has become an important complement to the institutional training of enterprises and an innovation of the modern enterprise training system. This article gives a general description of the differences between non-institutional training and institutional training and the forms and main contents of non-institutional training, so as to raise the awareness of training managers about non-institutional training.
