目的评价广西壮族自治区容县实施寄生虫病综合防治示范区项目的成本效益,为制订土源性线虫病防治措施提供科学依据。方法统计2007-2009年容县寄生虫病综合防治示范区项目经费总投入,采用成本效益分析法,对实施综合防治措施的投入和产出进行成本效益分析。结果容县人群土源性线虫感染率从2007年基线调查时的30.10%降至2009年的12.30%。3年示范区总投入969185.6元,人群避免发病所产生的直接效益为8841.5万元,成本效益比为1:91。结论土源性线虫感染给患者家庭和社会带来了沉重的经济负担;实施综合防治措施能有效控制土源性线虫病流行,并可产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Objective To evaluate the cost-benefit of implementing the project of integrated prevention and control of parasitic diseases in Rongxian County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures of soil-borne nematode diseases. Methods The total investment of project of parasitic diseases prevention and control in Rongxian County from 2007 to 2009 was estimated. The cost-benefit analysis was used to analyze the cost-benefit analysis of inputs and outputs of comprehensive prevention and control measures. Results The population infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in Rongxian County decreased from 30.10% in 2007 baseline survey to 12.30% in 2009. The total investment of 3 years demonstration area was 969185.6 yuan, the direct benefit of the crowd avoiding the disease was 88.415 million yuan, and the cost-benefit ratio was 1:91. Conclusion The infection of soil-borne nematodes poses a heavy financial burden on the families and the community. The implementation of integrated control measures can effectively control the epidemic of soil-borne nematodes and produce good social and economic benefits.
