目的:探讨提高预设人工晶体(IOL)度数准确性的方法。方法:对100例超声乳化联合IOL,植入术前的白内障患者.应用A超测量眼轴、曲率计测量角膜曲率.根据SRKII公式计算及预设IOL度数,分析其术后的屈光状态与术前IOL度数预设的关系。结果:术后三个月非高度近视患者大部份获得良好的屈光状态及裸眼视力;高度近视12例中因术前IOL度数检查误差.术后仍欠矫≥-2.00D者4例占33.3%。结论;术前反复、精确测量眼轴长度(尤其对高度近视患者).根据SKKII公式计算.可以提高预设IOL.度数的准确性。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the accuracy of the preset IOL. Methods: 100 cases of phacoemulsification combined with IOL were implanted in preoperative cataract patients. The ocular axis was measured with A-ultrasound and the curvature of the cornea was measured with a rheometer. According to the SRKII formula and the default IOL, the postoperative refractive status and the preoperative IOL power relationship were analyzed. Results: Most patients with non-high myopia had good refractive status and uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) in the third month after operation. In the high myopia, the error of preoperative IOL was detected in 12 cases. After surgery still owe correction ≥-2.00D in 4 cases accounted for 33.3%. Conclusion; preoperative repeated, accurate measurement of axial length (especially for patients with high myopia). According to SKKII formula. You can increase the default IOL. Accuracy of the degree.
