本文着重介绍齿轮分度误差和齿轮装置传动误差的测量。其中有磨齿机分齿盘齿距误差的测量、齿轮周节累积误差的测量、齿轮装置传运误差的测量。选择测量方案和设计测试装置,都以满足精度指标为基础。因此使齿轮的加工和齿轮装置的传动精度都有了可靠的保证。同时长期的使用也证明,研制的齿轮与齿轮装置的精度一直可靠。
This article focuses on the gear indexing error and gear unit transmission error measurement.
