安息香配伍合成冰片对小鼠脑缺血缺氧及血脑屏障通透性的影响

目的:考察安息香与合成冰片配伍对小鼠脑缺血缺氧及生理状态下血脑屏障通透性的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为:溶媒对照组、安息香组(0.2g/kg、0.4g/kg、0.8g/kg)、合成冰片组(0.2g/kg)、安息香配伍冰片组(1:1,2:1,4:1)。采用小鼠常压耐缺氧实验,饱和氯化镁致小鼠急性脑缺血实验及正常小鼠血脑屏障通透性实验,观察安息香与冰片及其不同配比对小鼠存活时间、小鼠脑组织中EB含量的影响。结果:与溶媒对照组比较,安息香冰片4:1组能显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间;除安息香0.2g/kg、0.4g/kg组外,均能显著延长氯化镁致小鼠急性脑缺血存活时间;冰片0.2g/kg及安息香冰片组能显著增加正常小鼠脑组织中伊文思兰EB的含量。与各单味药比较,安息香冰片4:1组能显著延长小鼠的存活时间;安息香冰片2:1及4:1组能显著性增加伊文思兰EB含量。结论:单味冰片0.2g/kg对小鼠脑缺血缺氧有一定的保护作用并能促进小鼠生理状态下血脑屏障通透性,而单味安息香生理活性较弱。安息香与冰片配伍后能显著延长小鼠存活时间,显著提高EB含量,在一定程度上说明二药“相须相使”的配伍关系。 Objective: To investigate the effects of compatibility of benzoin and synthetic borneol on the permeability of blood-brain barrier under cerebral ischemia-hypoxia and physiological conditions in mice. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into four groups: the vehicle control group, the benzoin group (0.2g / kg, 0.4g / kg, 0.8g / kg), the borneol group (0.2g / 2: 1,4: 1). Results: Comparing with the vehicle control group, the 4: 1 group of borneol significantly prolonged the hypoxia-tolerant survival time of mice under normal pressure. Except for benzoin 0.2g / kg and 0.4g / kg group, Cerebral ischemia survival time; borneol 0.2g / kg and benzoin borneol group can significantly increase the normal mouse brain Evans blue EB content. Compared with the single herbs, the 4: 1 group of borneol significantly prolonged the survival time of mice; and the benzoin borneol 2: 1 and 4: 1 groups significantly increased the content of Evans blue EB. CONCLUSION: Single borneol 0.2g / kg has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia and hypoxia in mice and can promote the permeability of blood-brain barrier under physiological conditions in mice, while single benzoin has a weak physiological activity. The combination of benzoin and borneol can significantly prolong the survival time of mice and significantly increase the content of EB, to a certain extent, explain the compatibility of the two drugs .
