目的:研究不同干燥方法对川芎不同部位阿魏酸含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同干燥方法的川芎不同部位中阿魏酸的含量。结果:阿魏酸在进样量0.005 74~0.918 4μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),定量限为0.114 8 mg.L-1,平均回收率为100.7%,RSD 1.07%(n=9)。川芎不同部位阿魏酸的含量从高到低为根茎>茎>叶。不同干燥方法对川芎不同部位阿魏酸含量影响不同。结论:川芎不同部位的阿魏酸含量不同;川芎根茎不宜选用自然晒干的干燥方式,全株宜选用晒后烘干的干燥方式。
Objective: To study the effect of different drying methods on the content of ferulic acid in different parts of Chuanxiong. Methods: The contents of ferulic acid in different parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong by different drying methods were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: Ferulic acid showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) with a peak area of 0.005 74 ~ 0.918 4 μg and a limit of quantification of 0.114 8 mg · L-1 with an average recovery of 100.7% and a RSD of 1.07% (n = 9). The content of ferulic acid in different parts of Chuanxiong rhizome> stem> leaf was from high to low. Different drying methods have different effects on the content of ferulic acid in different parts of Chuanxiong. Conclusion: The contents of ferulic acid in different parts of Chuanxiong Rhizoma are different. Rhizome of Chuanxiong rhizome should not be used as drying method of natural sun-drying, and drying method of drying after drying should be used in whole plant.
