本文对区域转型发展的内涵进行论述,就区域转型发展评价的理论进行了研究。通过因子分析法、无量纲化和标准值法建立区域转型发展指数,并对杭州经济技术开发区进行实证研究,通过转型发展指数描述转型的现状和趋势,提出相关政策建议。 This article discusses the connotation of regional transformation and development, and studies the theory of regional transformation and development evaluation. Through factor analysis, dimensionless and standard value method to establish regional transformation index, and Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone to conduct empirical research, through the transformation and development index describes the status quo and trends in transition, put forward relevant policy recommendations.
