分析2002年～2006年中国技术性贸易措施,根据世界贸易组织关于技术性贸易措施的法律文件与卫生检疫业务措施的内容,研究外来医学媒介生物控制、除虫、除鼠、除污等卫生处理措施和入境特殊物品监管等卫生检疫措施与技术性贸易措施的关系。国境卫生检疫措施应作为我国对外技术性贸易措施体系中的重要措施,应加强其作为技术性贸易措施的应用,促进完善我国技术性贸易措施体系。
Analyzed China’s technical trade measures from 2002 to 2006. Based on the World Trade Organization’s legal documents on technical trade measures and the health and quarantine business measures, it studied the health measures such as biological control, exterminator, deratization and decontamination of foreign medical vectors and The Relationship between Health Quarantine Measures and Technical Trade Measures such as the Regulation of Inbound Special Goods. Frontier health quarantine measures should be taken as an important measure in China’s foreign technical trade measure system. We should strengthen its application as a technical trade measure and promote the improvement of China’s technical trade measure system.
