目的研究黄芪水溶性黄酮(AF)对S180荷瘤小鼠血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体1(VEGFR-1)水平的影响。方法建立S180荷瘤模型,分为模型对照组、环磷酰胺组、实验组和联合用药组、正常对照组,观察黄芪水溶性黄酮对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑制率;应用ELISA检测各组小鼠体内VEGF及VEGFR-1的水平。结果 AF对S180荷瘤小鼠有明显的抑制作用,酶联免疫吸附分析法结果显示,AF可降低荷瘤小鼠及应用环磷酰胺组小鼠VEGF及VEGFR-1水平。结论 AF能够降低荷瘤小鼠体内VEGF和VEGFR-1水平,从而抑制肿瘤生长与转移。
Objective To investigate the effect of water-soluble flavonoids (AF) of Astragalus membranaceus on the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor 1 (VEGFR-1) in S180 tumor-bearing mice. Methods The S180 tumor model was established and divided into model control group, cyclophosphamide group, experimental group, combination therapy group, and normal control group. The inhibitory rate of water-soluble flavonoids of Astragalus membranaceus on S180 tumor-bearing mice was observed; each group was detected by ELISA. VEGF and VEGFR-1 levels in mice. Results AF significantly inhibited S180 tumor-bearing mice. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed that AF could reduce VEGF and VEGFR-1 levels in tumor-bearing mice and cyclophosphamide-treated mice. Conclusion AF can reduce the level of VEGF and VEGFR-1 in tumor-bearing mice, thus inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis.
