党的十一届三中全会,开启了改革开放的新的历史时期,标志着党建工作和理论创新进入了新的重要阶段。这30年党的建设,在思想建设、组织建设、基层建设等方面都取得了很多成绩和进步,推进国家法制建设发展。党建成果和管理理论创新对依法治国目标提出了更高的要求,依法治国要体现党的宗旨和特色,法律法规的建立健全要符合经济社会发展的客观要求,执行法律要与贯彻党的政策相互配合,相辅相成。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party has opened a new historical period of reform and opening up, marking a new important stage in party-building work and theoretical innovation. In the past 30 years, the party building has made many achievements and improvements in ideological building, organizational construction and grassroots construction, and has promoted the development and construction of the state legal system. The achievements in party building and management innovation have set higher demands on the goal of running the country by law. To govern the country according to law should reflect the party’s purposes and characteristics.
