目的:研究复方敏宁擦剂对大鼠肠系膜微循环及小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的影响。方法:观察给药前后大鼠腹腔肠系膜毛细血管血流速度、毛细血管口径、毛细血管数量和毛细血管交叉点数等指标的变化,阐明复方敏宁擦剂改善微循环的作用;检测腹腔及皮肤染料渗出的吸光度,观察对小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的影响。结果:复方敏宁擦剂具有一定程度的改善微循环的作用,与基质对照组比较有统计学差异,但没有酚妥拉明组显著(P<0.01);对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高的抑制作用与对照组比较无统计学差异;中、高剂量对二甲苯致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的增高有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:复方敏宁擦剂具有改善局部微循环,增加局部营养,并有一定的抗渗出、抗炎的药理作用,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To study the effect of compound Mining liniment on mesenteric microcirculation and increased capillary permeability in mice. RESULTS: Compound Mining liniment had a certain degree of improvement in microcirculation, which was statistically different from that in the matrix control group, but it was not significantly (P<0.01) in the phentolamine group; acetic acid-induced abdominal capillaries in mice The inhibitory effect of increased permeability was not statistically different from that of the control group; mid to high doses of p-xylene had a significant inhibitory effect on increased capillary permeability of the skin (P<0.01). Conclusion: Compound Mining liniment can improve local microcirculation, increase local nutrition, and has some pharmacological effects of anti-exudation and anti-inflammatory. It is worthy of clinical application.
